Refund Policies

For your convenience, this page contains information about the refund policies for all of our products, courses, memberships and other paid offers. You’ll see the name of each product listed below with the corresponding refund policy outlined in detail underneath. Each product has its own unique set of policies.

Please note: With all of Astrology with Heather’s products and courses, no refunds will be granted for termination of access due to customer violations of any of our Website Terms of Use or Product Terms of Service.

Cosmic Academy of Astrology

Cosmic Academy of Astrology Refund Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the Product, and you’ve completed less than twenty percent (20%) of the Course, you may contact the Company within fourteen (14) days of the date of initial purchase of the Product to receive a full refund.

No refunds will be given outside of our fourteen (14) day refund window and there are no credits for partially used enrollment periods. Due to the inherent nature of educational programs and the electronic transmission of the same, there are no refunds provided after the fourteen (14) day refund window has expired.

No refunds will be given if more than twenty percent (20%) of the Course has been completed. Due to the self-paced nature of this Product, there are no refunds provided if more than twenty percent (20%) of the Course has been shown to be “Complete” as displayed in the “Customer Progress” section of your user account in Kajabi.

Please note: If you’ve chosen to take advantage of one of our extended payment options for the Cosmic Academy of Astrology, you have entered into a payment plan agreement for the full payment of your course tuition. This is NOT a monthly membership subscription service. Your payment plan for the Cosmic Academy of Astrology cannot be canceled at will. You are obligated to pay your course tuition in full, just as you would be with any standard payment plan arrangement.

Astrology Webinars & Mini-Courses

Refund Policy for Astrology Webinars & Mini-Courses

For individual astrology Mini-Courses including, but not limited to, The Astrology of Place Mini-Course, The Electional Astrology Mini-Course, and the Astrological Forecasting Mini-Course:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the Mini-Course you’ve purchased, contact Astrology with Heather’s Student Support Team via email at info@astrologywithheather.com within five (5) days of your initial purchase date to receive a full refund.

No refunds will be given outside of our five (5) day refund window and there are no credits for partially used enrollment periods. Due to the inherent nature of educational programs and the electronic transmission of the same, there are no refunds provided after the five (5) day refund window has expired.

No refunds will be given if more than twenty percent (20%) of the Course has been completed. Due to the self-paced nature of this Product, there are no refunds provided if more than twenty percent (20%) of the Course has been shown to be “Complete” as displayed in the “Customer Progress” section of your user account in Kajabi.

Refund Policy for Astrology Readings and Consultations

All sales for individual astrology readings and consultations are final. No refunds are given for any reason.

Due to the digital and educational nature of Heather's Astrology Readings & Consultations, no refunds are permitted under any circumstance. Dissatisfaction or disapproval with Astrology with Heather's methods is not a valid reason for a refund or excuse to make remaining payments due & owed under the Terms of Service.

Refund Policy for Tutoring and Mentorship Sessions

All sales for 1-1 Tutoring & Mentorship sessions are final. No refunds are given for any reason.

Due to the digital and educational nature of our 1-1 Tutoring & Mentorship sessions and the extensive time it takes our Tutors to prepare for each session, no refunds are permitted under any circumstance.

Dissatisfaction or disapproval with your Tutor's methods is not a valid reason for a refund or excuse to make remaining payments due & owed under Terms of Service.
