DECODING the Tropical Zodiac!
Dec 16, 2023You've probably heard many skeptics of astrology say the same thing:
The Tropical Zodiac no longer aligns with the Sidereal Zodiac (the constellations we see in the sky,) and therefore, it's WRONG.
Unfortunately, this myth prevails, but I want you to know it is just that—a myth!
And it's usually perpetuated by those with a complete lack of understanding of the Tropical Zodiac.
The TRUTH is, at one point in time, the Tropical Zodiac did align with the constellations! Over time, some of the zodiac sign qualities melded together with the symbolic meaning of the constellations.
However, you've probably noticed it doesn't always work!
That's because the Tropical Western Zodiac is actually based on the SEASONS.
That's right.
It's based on the Sun's trajectory across the ecliptic and the changing of the seasons, marked by the Solstices and Equinoxes in the Northern Hemispheres, where the Tropical Western Zodiac originated.
I also want you to know there's a better way to interpret the Zodiac signs that doesn't require you to memorize abstract symbolism.
In this week's tutorial, I'll teach you how to interpret each sign based on its:
- Polarity - whether the sign is Masculine (active) or Feminine (receptive)
- Element - whether the sign is Fire, Earth, Air, or Water
- Modality - whether the sign is Cardinal (initiating,) Fixed (stabilizing), or Mutable (changing)
- Planetary Ruler
